I'm an avid fan of Viagra and everything with Sildenafil in it. Before I discovered the power of the little blue pill, I tried a handful of gels that promised to make you "get hard and last long," of course, all with many of the same blatant reviews. Most were positive, but looking back, it's easy for a company to write fake user reviews.
The last gel product I tried (and will ever try) was a gel called "Eroxon" that promises to "help you get an erection within 10 minutes." They also state that it's clinically proven. Four small tubes cost almost $30, and each tube is small enough to contain only enough gel for one application.
What a surprise I got when I found that it didn’t work—and of course, it didn’t, because it’s a gel. A simple gel doesn’t interact with or have any effect on the internals of the body. It doesn’t increase blood flow or widen any blood vessels. Like any other gel, it was a complete waste of money. I should have trusted the Amazon reviews.

The only gels that somewhat work—though I wouldn’t recommend them—are the ones that promise to make you "last longer." The big problem with these gels is that they numb your penis so much that you can’t feel anything, which can even prevent you from getting an erection.
Save your money and don’t buy any gels, no matter what they promise. They’re all snake oil at best. Stick to actual ED drugs that you can get with a prescription.
