They may be the same rate but I believe they offer different services. For example, iirc Kendra's base rate includes BBFS (or at least did at one time) whereas with Hailey FS is covered with no exceptions. Are you booking with an agency? You could inquire further about what is included at the base rate and if other additions can be included. Or maybe someone who has seen both can provide more info on what you can expect at their base prices?
