I dont suggest LA itself (as in downtown) Im a LA native and the problem is the nightmare of life once u get 2 or 3 blocks from downtown/convention center it becomes total trash/desolate an outlying city like universal city or burbank are great areas with plenty of great hotels and free parking or much cheaper than actual downtown so might be worth looking into... I know you said money is no option but the other thing to consider if you are hoping to go bare full service with jewels(if she allows it) The nearest TTS facility in LA is in the suburbs of a giant area outside LA (northridge) so being in universal city or burbank puts you closer to TTS facility and traffic in LA/southern California is a nightmare between the hours of 7am-10am and 4pm-6pm also both universal city and burbank are right near burbank

However as Oc mentioned your first stop would probably be Tryst Agency and his site to get registered and then start a email communication about booking

There's a ton of them not 5 stars like OC recommendation but 3-4 places like Hilton chains try some booking.com or priceline.com or expedia.com search with burbank or universal city also some decent airbnb places around there too if u want more privacy but may want to hit up TA(tryst agency) about if that's cool with her or not

I've been going up there quite a bit frequently and the place is huge

You're right though, it's definitely a good idea to avoid downtown if I'm gonna set up a hotel for this sort of thing

Don't get me wrong downtown is q great place for a public adventure ie a comic book convention, a comedy show etc... but once it hits past 10pm it turns a hell hole legit u walk one block 5 star hotels/restaurants/bars... but you walk 1 more block or 1 block the opposite direction it is littered with trash and poor unfortunate folks living out of sleeping bags and or tents/skid row... myself personally they dont bother me or scare me as im a "husky giant" with many years of self defense training and also a native... as someone who is visiting your chances of getting lost and entering "skid row" are increased not to mention a girl like jewels you want her feeling 100% safe and at ease not on edge getting to you and such

Another possible again youd have to check with TA is offer to front the cost of the hotel... I know you said $ is no option, I do not pretend to know your financial situation or means but this would help her comfort i think... but if $ really no option maybe that + get yourself a room at a different hotel/motel so you have time to compose yourself etc b4 your date and rest up etc...

I will also mention this the one time I went to TTS even when paying for "overnight shipping" "expitied results" took them close to 36 hours to get mine back so also might be worth spending the extra money on a hotel room of your own and arriving 2 or 3 days early to make sure your results are ready to go if she offers bbfs even if u do nothing but sit around watching tv and ordering take out the great thing bout this crazy new millennium is with Uber eats/insta cart most will even deliver fast food ie McDonald's/subway etc for a like $5 more than youd pay for the meal so minus the hotel room itself wouldn't cost you that much extra
