The IG model side of this hobby is what it is. I don’t know enough to speak on it like an expert, but I know enough to say: it exists, and the rules IG models follow are nothing like the rules real providers live by. At one point, I thought the same etiquette applied across the board—turns out that was just me being naive. And honestly, I’m surprised it took me this long to really see it, especially with all the shit I’ve written over the years. But hey, better late than never.
This whole train of thought kicked off because of what went down between Chicago rapper Tee Grizzley and an IG model who goes by GorgeousDoll. The caption pretty much summed it up: Grizzley flew her out, and when she didn’t "give it up" the first night, he kicked her out the hotel.
Now, the caption put “give it up” in quotes like we don’t know what that means. I underlined “the first night” because that’s the part that hits. That’s the key. I don’t know who GorgeousDoll is personally, and I don’t know if she’s a provider, but I know damn well she knew the situation when she agreed to be flown out.
Sad truth is, most IG models—especially the ones who are known—know the culture by now. If a rapper or celeb flies you out, it’s not to play Uno and watch Netflix. The intentions are unspoken but understood. Might not be right, but that’s the culture.
Scrolling through GorgeousDoll’s IG, you see her circle. A few of those women? I’ve heard provide. And I say “heard” because with IG models, that side of the hobby is filled with whispers and backchannel talk. Nothing’s solid. No reviews, no structure—just vibes and speculation.
Then she jumps on IG Live and spills the whole story about what went down with Grizzley. That right there? That’s what separates a true provider from an IG model. A real provider, even if the date flops, even if the client’s a dick, isn’t running to Live to air it out. Discretion matters. Always.
So yeah, the line between IG model and provider might look thin—but they’re operating on completely different codes. IG models play by a different rulebook. A lot of them don’t know—or don’t care—about the client/provider dynamic we respect in this hobby. Some IG models get it, for sure, but I can count them on one hand. That alone should tell you something.
At the end of the day, it’s probably safer to stick with a full-fledged provider. IG models are tempting—no lie, they’re built like goddesses—but with all the confusion, the drama, and the unclear expectations, you gotta ask: Is it really worth it?
Sometimes, chasing an IG model feels like chasing a fantasy that doesn’t have any structure. A provider? She’s running a business. You know what you’re walking into.
