Short story is no and starlets wouldn't be the type of place I'd want to go anyway. I'd prefer Sapphires if I had the money. I got the impression its more of a hood type of club, even if its higher quality. Like that stripper I talked about who was marking targets for thieves worked out of places like Starlets and other strip clubs in Queens and Long Island. I wouldn't go there unless I was talent scouting.
