I’ve only had positive experiences with on-brand Viagra. It helps you last longer and can slightly reduce sensation, which is why it works so well for endurance.
I recommend not exceeding the 50 mg dose, as anything higher significantly increases the likelihood of side effects.
2. Cialis
Cialis was the latest ED medication I tried, and its effects are just as good as Viagra. However, Cialis has the distinct advantage of lasting up to 36 hours.
I’d recommend Cialis to anyone who has spontaneous sessions that aren’t planned a day or two in advance. It offers more flexibility compared to Viagra.
There’s also a lower overall risk of side effects with Cialis versus Viagra. The difference lies in how these medications are metabolized in the body and their unique pharmacological properties.
3. Vizarsin/Sildenafil
Vizarsin contains the exact same active ingredient as on-brand Viagra—Sildenafil. It’s a so-called "generic Viagra," which means it costs only a fraction of the price of the blue pill.
It works in exactly the same way as Viagra: you need to take a pill 45–60 minutes before a session. The side effects are also identical to those of Viagra.
Vizarsin is only available in certain European countries but one might as well use pure "Sildenafil" pills.
4. Sildenafil
As the name suggests, these pills are pure Sildenafil, manufactured by smaller pharmaceutical companies at a fraction of the original cost. Absolutely recommended!
Conclusion:
I’m 28 and have been using these four types of medication since around February of last year. Each one has made my sessions significantly better! These days, it’s very rare for me to go into a session completely natural—without at least one of these in my system.
Times have changed. More and more men of all ages are getting ED medications prescribed every year, and it’s easier than ever to obtain them.

Starting Advice: While ED meds can be fun and effective, I recommend starting with lower doses to see how your body reacts. For Sildenafil, start with 25 mg or 50 mg at most, and for Cialis, 10 mg is a good starting point. It’s much easier to adjust your prescription up than down.
