To be honest, I’ve never had any real side effects that I felt for an extended period. We’ve all seen those commercials on TV for ED medications, with the usual warnings like “this drug may cause headaches, a stuffy nose, skin flushing,” and so on.

However, the number of potential side effects goes down significantly with lower doses—the smaller the dose, the fewer side effects you’re likely to experience.

I always advise people to start with a low dose. The body needs time to adjust to a new medication, and it’s important to see how you react before going higher.

When I first started on Viagra, I began with the lowest dose, which is 25 mg. I didn’t notice any side effects—at least, none that were notable. I eventually moved up to 50 mg, which is what I primarily use now.

Also, since Viagra and similar ED pills were originally developed as heart medications, it’s important not to take them if you have any heart conditions.

That said, has anyone here ever experienced side effects from Viagra, Cialis, or similar medications?

Roughly 6-7 hours after taking 10-15 mg of Cialis, I usually get a low grade headache. Not enough pain to take anything for it, and it lasts under an hour and then goes away on its own. That’s all I’ve noticed.

I do have a question: is it true that once you start taking viagra/cialis, you can't get hard on your own naturally? That's the one thing that prevents me from taking these drugs on a regular basis.

I still get hard from my favorite porn videos and I’ve been using viagra for more or less a year.
I just go with it, if I ABSOLUTELY need to in the future, I’ll buy some Tri-Mix.

I have had hit and miss with them recently.

Did not work well with Sara Jay (but her looks/service did not help), worked fantastically well with Ryan Conner though.

When you say hit and miss, what do you mean. I haven't used these but I assumed it was to assist in getting hard but not to prolong the session. Probably reduce the refractory period too but I wouldn't have guessed it would extend your session. I'm jus guessing though

Cialis gets me harder than I can get without it and allows me to stay hard throughout the entire date, and get hard for round 2, or at least get hard faster. It doesn’t change my ability to orgasm or the speed at which I orgasm. Some men have said that it reduces sensitivity for them, but that has not been my experience.

I do not have any problem getting hard, but I do major problems lasting long enough. The slightest bit of stimulation and my downstairs goes into total overdrive. When it goes into overdrive, I am done within a minute at tops.

Tried kegel exercises (admittedly on and off), breathing, slowing down and its all been successful for some cases, but not others.

I only use cialis/viagra for my high value encounters as an insurance, incase I do not get hard again at all (tip from here I got!). But I have found it does reduce the refractory period significantly in my case. Usually I will be ready to go again in 15-20 minutes, but within 10 with assistance.
Also found a ruined orgasm aka hands free works a treat for me, and that combined with pharma treatment, my brain does not know it has finished, and I can get going again within seconds. But, pulling that off has only been successful once when I tried - as usually a CIM or HJ finish does no entail any sort of hands off mechanism.

But neither stops me from finishing again quick
