I think also out of convenience and thinking it would give me dome sort of validity with the providers.

the girls I know that advertise on Tryst Pornstars and regular providers HATE that messaging system. they get TONS of spam through it, so they ignore it
if they have an email or phone number just use those thats why they put it there
