Post-nut clarity (P-NC) is something that has bothered me for a while, though I didn't fully realize it until a recent conversation brought it to light. Dealing with the terrible feeling of P-NC is something many of us have faced at one time or another. It's not an experience we seek out, but it can catch us off guard at the worst possible moments. I get particularly bad P-NC, so I’ve learned to avoid it by sticking to my regular providers. However, this has also prevented me from seeing new providers, both PS and elite.

Post-nut clarity is an instant clear mindedness or soberness a person gains after orgasming (busting a nut). This can be for anything, like not using a condom when you should have, cheating on someone, or in a majority of our cases, spending a large some of money.
The topic came up in a conversation with a friend about a PS provider visiting our town. The last time he saw this provider, he described the experience as just okay—nothing remarkable. Despite this, he wanted to see her again now that she was returning, even though the previous encounter was only adequate. He was willing to pay the rate again until the thought of P-NC made him reconsider. Spending over $2,000 to see this provider and then lying there after climaxing, regretting the expense, didn't make sense to him. In the end, he decided not to book her, which made me reflect on my own experiences.
I realized that I might be avoiding new providers to avoid P-NC. For me, P-NC is the worst thing that can happen to a client. It strikes without warning, spoiling the mood instantly, leaving you with a horrible feeling. This doesn’t happen when I book my regulars. With my regulars, I know I’m in for a great time. They always show me an amazing experience, and I never second-guess my decisions.
New providers are always exciting. The anticipation of getting to know each other before getting down to business is thrilling, but there’s always the risk of P-NC rearing its ugly head. So, in a way, I prefer sticking to my regulars rather than seeing new providers. It’s not what I ideally want to do, but it's something I always consider before booking.
I believe that whether we acknowledge it or not, P-NC influences our decision-making. I wish it didn't, but I’m not at a point in my life financially where I can afford to have regrets about booking a less-than-sensational provider.
