I always thought phoenix and danny had a good professional and personal relationship. I hope all gets sorted , would help if zaawadi opined on the matter but I believe she is based in Europe and if it goes wrong she will be blacklisted going up against aylo/brazzers uk.

doubt it. She wouldn't have moved towards a lawsuit if it was anything solvable. Also, didn't Phoenix use to be a contract star for Brazzers until very recently?

All the witnesses even Zaawaadi saying it was Phoenix that supplied two tablets. Phoenix is saying it was Danny assistant that also gave her something. She has no evidence of that and Zaawaadi would be the best witness. So she will probably be destroyed in court unless they decide to settle.

Yeah, it's not looking good for phoenix. She has someone from all sides specifically the victim telling everyone she was the one that gave Zaawaadi the pills. I agree with @chapstick, it's a strong possibility Zaawaadi was paid off. I don't think Phoenix would have made this a court case unless she knew there was a possibility of winning or she just wanted to get this out in the public in general.

This could be aimed at more of her treatment on set then anything.

There is the discovery process. Texts, emails, phone logs or bank records could exist that prove the veracity of her claims. Not saying her claims are true, but rather that it's not all over just because they gave statements to the contrary to an adult industry website.
