Did anyone ever have such an intense, realistic GFE with a PS escort (or I suppose any escort) that it fucked with your emotions? Like, your brain knows she was acting out the fantasy you specifically asked her to do, that you desperately wanted and needed, and even though you logically know and fully understand that she was just really, REALLY good at doing the job you asked her to do, your heart and emotions were so deeply impacted by how real it felt in the moment, how intense it was and how incredibly well she played the part that a piece of you almost feels as though it WAS real? And it leaves an echo of sadness and abandonment in your soul, knowing she went right onto the next booking and her next scene, almost as if you didn’t exist, or as if you just got dumped? And so, along with the sheer bliss you feel from the memory of the experience is a (temporary) empty pit of sadness inside you?

Yep. Mine was with Adria Rae those who seen her yal would know. Originally booked for 90 min. Turned into 4 hours. And additional 1 hour the next day before my flight home. Wow, you definitely had it worse than I do! So far, at least... I appreciate your honest reply, though. We've got this built-in attraction to them by the time we see them that's sexual, but also emotional in some ways, so it's difficult to not let it bleed over. And I'm a VR guy, so for me it's all about the intimate eye contact and close-ups. Getting that eye contact and GFE in person from an ATF, who is also so talented shook me to the core. I honestly never heard that term before, but just Googled it. Yes, she's got MAD skills in that department and it certainly didn't hurt, but what really got me was the time we spent laying in each others' arms, softly kissing, touching each others' hair and cheeks, kissing each others' ears and necks, looking into each others' eyes and having her whisper about how much she was loving everything I was doing, and how we were vibing and connecting. That's excellent advice, and while I definitely have a bit of the feels, 1) I think Lily warrants it, 2) the encounter gave me exactly what I asked for, wanted and needed, and 3) I do have the logical side of me that recognizes what it was for what it was, it's just fighting off the feels a bit more than I had expected.

Thanks for those details, it all makes a ton of sense. It's also comforting to know I'm not alone. I'd rather learn expensive financial lessons than expensive emotional ones most of the time!! I'm definitely taking care of me right now. It's not the first time I've had the feels for someone I can't have, and I sincerely doubt it'll be the last.

I've been trying to reconcile this for the past couple of days in my head but your reply helped crystallize how I feel, @ddde23

She and I actually talked about how hard she tries to have an emotional connection with everyone she meets even though there's a risk of it taking an emotional toll on her, and how sometimes it's easier than others. I am typically a bit socially awkward when I meet people I don't instantly gel with, and am not at all socially awkward with people I feel I connect with. With her, it was immediately comfortable, and I never felt awkward at all. Quite the opposite, actually. From the instant we started to talk, it felt like we were old friends. And no matter what we were doing to each other, for each other or with each other, I truly felt like there was a connection between us.

So, maybe the answer is that she's excellent at connecting with people in general and extremely good at acting like she connects with people even when she doesn't totally feel it, BUT she and I actually are pretty compatible souls who just vibed, gelled, got along really well. And that compatibility just added to the ease and comfort of it all, and left me with these lasting "feels".

I can totally get behind that and live with that.

Yea I caught the feels bad and posted about it here. Not with a PS but it is what it is.
