I don’t believe this BS. There’s no proven natural method of increasing penis size or girth. The closest is using a penis pump, which only gives you temporary gains. It’s like telling woman that massaging their breasts in a certain way will make it bigger. We all know it’s not true. So why then assume it’s going to work on your dong?
So just like every day I scrolled down through X and I happened to see a tweet which said something which lines up to "girls care about penis size" and then the link below (I think many might have come across this)
So I clicked it, and happened to see the video featuring Ryan Mclane who gives a history about how he joined porn and what his size I thought it was some pill or sumn but I happened to find out it's a workout program which contains series of penis enlargement exercise which can be found on online which costs around $67 I have read other reviews from other boards and said it worked for them but in Reddit it has very mixed to negative review
So I would like to know what's your thoughts on this program ? To me I don't know it sounds too good to be true but at the same time the methods are also available free on internet too.

I can only speak to my own anecdotal experience beyond the scientific concepts of angiogenesis, vascular endothelial growth factor, growth hormone and many other concepts in regards to finding ways of forming new cells in the penis let alone the body holistically. I have been able to put on some size over the past 3 years of experimenting. Started at 20 years old with 5 in length and 4.5 inch circumference and now at 23 I am 6.7 in length and 5.5 inches circumference. I have plans to simply maintain my size now as I'm satisfied with it.
There is no shortcut (took 2 years of dedication/consistency to get 1.5 inches) and the biggest things that actually improved my progress were healthy sleep habits, diet and fitness which I feel a lot of people over look and go directly to pills, pumps and other stuff as a shortcut. And to be clear significant results like this will not come to you over night and not in a totally natural way (def drugs augmented the process a lot), I would say you need to be dedicated for at the very least 9-12 months to see any changes besides increase in erection stiffness and beyond that you also need supplementation/drugs to help with regenerating tissue and increase growth factor density

TL;DR - your foundation: eat extremely healthy whole unprocessed foods, high protein (> 1g/lbs of body weight), sleep consistently (11:30 sleep, 7:30am wake), lift and do cardio on weekly cadence where u are active every day, get your body exposed to natural sunlight especially the abdomen/torso for vitamin d3 levels, no porn, minimal jerking off even without porn, i didn't masturbate at all for example while I was in max growth mode...there is more ofc but this is prob a good start for a lot of folks
assuming you have the foundation above then you can do...
- pumping with good results instead of it being mostly useless cuz unhealthy lifestyle high inflammation, there are guides on how to do it, keep the pressure low...at the very very upper end keep it below 10 mmHg pressure, most people who just start should stay below 6 mmHg...I do 1 day on for 15 mins, 1 day off...nowadays I am simply maintaining size so I am not super disciplined but I was for 2 years straight
- stretching, I did not utilize this one a whole lot tbh more so in tandem with pumping as if you pump certain ways its a form of stretching the tissue but I know others that have had great success with it...plenty of guides online for it, biggest thing is do not overtrain and injure your dick
- angion methods...look r/AngionMethod on reddit...the angion methods and pumping gave me the most notable erectile quality improvments as well as over a long period of consistently doing them, more size

EDIT: further just wanted to add clarity that none of the stuff I was doing to facilitate this over the past 3 years I would say is "natural" beyond the healthy lifestyle choices which increase the rate at which the body can regenerate all forms of tissue, for example taking 9g l-citrulline pre workout is not natural, drugs like tadalafil, drugs that up regulate the hypothalamus and its hormone production (testosterone, dihydrotesterone, etc), drugs that increase growth hormone endogenously, drugs that hack the bodies nitric oxide levels and so on...you have to be extremely healthy naturally speaking and then on top of that add in a bunch of performance enhancers to get results like what I got based on my research and findings over the years
