I mean, you don't really "book" a dancer through the club they work at, it's actually the total opposite. The club wants to have no knowledge of your activities with her for plausible deniability in case LEOs come knocking. But as to your point of fucking girls in strip club VIP's, yes it happens. Do not let Chris Rock's stupid song fool you, depending on the club and the girl, you can get what you want. There's a few types out here in America:

1. Clean strip clubs
These places actually have cameras and watch them, they try very hard to maintain a clean atmosphere and be a gentleman's club. Usually prices for even regular dances are higher, think 30-40 bucks a song instead of 10-20. VIP rooms for 600-1000+ an hour to the club instead of 200-300, and that's not including the tip to the dancer herself. Usually the dancers are prettier, the most beautiful of all the women in the city they're working in.

You still CAN get extras in the VIP, but it's usually rare, YMMV depending on the girl, and it will cost an arm and a leg. Gotta tip the VIP bouncer to not look too closely, tip the waitress to not bother you for drinks every 20 minutes, maybe even tip head of security. Then the girl themselves will charge way more, since it's not allowed and the club fires girls for doing extras, and they want to keep their jobs. Think 500-1000+ for tips to them. The service will not be better though, probably CFS. Maybe BBBJ if you're lucky, and maybe not even GFE so no making out, no DATY, etc. In many of these types of clubs, asking a dancer out for fucking after you spend time getting to know each other in the club is probably a better use of funds than trying to do it in the club.

For featuring there used to be a website called The Floating World that listed most of the feature schedules around the country, but it's no more. I don't know of any site that lists features now. Kind of have to rely on Twitter and individual club sites. Hawaiian Theater was a dfferent club than Tropical Lei, but owned by the same people. It's gone (or it became a Spearmint Rhino) but Tropical Lei is still around. Seattle might be a good city for action now. I was in a club there earlier this year and the girls were pretty open about what was being offered in the VIP, I didn't partake on that trip but might give it a go next time. They were pretty much quoting the price upfront and what was offered, which isn't typical.

If going to the VIP, look for the girls that seem to be gone back there a lot. There's probably a reason for that. I always club solo because the only time I've gone with people I knew, it was awful.

One time I took my best friend to Penthouse in Baltimore, it's the nicest club with the hottest girls in the city but absolutely no extras.
