I've never heard of this once in all my years in the hobby. Greek and Bareback make sense, but LFG and DATY has never been something I've been charged extra for.

Not common practice in my experience. There certainly are girls who don’t kiss etc. If you threw an extra grand on the table, I imagine that rule goes out the window. That is the closest I can get to what your person is claiming (and im really stretching).

Or they're very new to the industry and don't know anything except what they may have seen on SW reddit and TikToks. Or they're trying to make a quick buck off newbie clients.

Its usually low end stripper type providers that try to charge you for everything. I would never send a deposit to pornstar providers directly. There are exceptions but for the most part you will get ripped off. You guys need to treat it as a service and keep it moving.The first question you need to ask someone that needs a place to stay is why they don't have family,friends,etc they can ask? If they're asking a client, it means they've burned a lot of bridges and probably owe them money.

Today I finally told her I was done with her lies and treating me like shit and kicked her out. Im going to give her a chance to pay me back. If she does I don’t need to say much more.

You need to be careful with letting people stay with you. Tenant laws, squatters rights vary by state. Might end up having to evict someone that stayed too long and spending thousands in court fees.

Live and learn. I handle everything through my real estate company and never let anyone stay on my personal property. If someone gets hurt and try to sue/squat. You will be held liable and will have to deal with home insurance and increased premiums. I only allow people to stay in my real estate company owned property so I'm not liable for anything.
