The different types of fetish that have come across my screen are vast. Learning things I didn't know were fetishes as I though it was just something people were into, but I now know there are fetishes for literally everything. Back in March I was able to talk with one of the scariest and sexiest women in content creating. Ms. RedX was able sit down and talk with me a little about herself. When you look at all the other aspects of RedX setting the scene for her content, her customs, colored contacts, makeup, the blood is a small part of it all; but it's still interesting. When mentioned to RedX she she saw the blood as pretty much just an added effect to her scenes and nothing more. Just something her content needed to give the fan a little more to look forward. Still, I decided to do my homework on it.
Blood Play is essentially what it sounds like. It's a sexual arousal to blood regardless of it being used in sex or not. You see a lot of "vampire" couples base that on their relationships. Some have been known to use real blood but like RedX theatrical blood is more then enough to cure my curiosity. Usually Blood Play falls under BDSM with it being rare to see in mainstream and content creation given the gore like feeling it projections.
Other then curiosity I don't see me enjoying this fetish. I do think it all comes down to the provider I book for it. If the provider is more into it then I am it's possible I would enjoy it in my own way, but as for being sexual aroused for it; I don't see it. I'm just curious, it's something that will get me killed and I'm fine with that. Jesus! I wouldn't even know where to look for something like this, provider wise anyway.
For me, this one sits firmly in the category of curiosity, as always. I can appreciate the aesthetics, the theatrical elements, and the mindset behind it all yet I feel as if I need to try it at least once. I might like it or hate it but I won't know for sure until I try it myself. That’s part of growing in this hobby knowing where your interests stop, respecting where others begin, and being honest with yourself about the difference.
