There´s mostly ups - definetely, but there's the risk of contracting STDs/STIs as well.
The ups
- Very low cost. services is a fraction of the prices that is normally being charged in the US & Europe.
- Fantastic looking women. Some of my best sessions has been with Latinas & Thais.
- Often excellent service. In many places the hospitality and client service are top notch: attention to detail, pampering, and an emphasis on making customers feel welcome.
The downs
- Higher risk of STIs/STDs. Access to testing, treatment, and follow-up care can be limited in many of these destinations. Clinics may be less reliable, and local standards vary.
- Variable hygiene and medical standards. What’s considered acceptable in one place may be seen as totally different in another country.
These diseases can spread through BJs as well. I usually don’t think much about it because, well — I’m in Denmark, and most providers here take care of themselves by getting tested regularly.
