I always video call with a girl before deciding meet up just to see if I even want to see them. A simple “Im very much looking forward to spending time with you” could be enough. If she’s open to talking more you can make small talk. If she’s touring ask if it’s her first time in the city, maybe provide food recs or things to do.

Nice so you are in good shape then. I’d ask if she is open to a video call just cause it’s easier face to face vs texts can get lost in translation. All good if it’s text only though.
