I went to X3 a couple years ago, had to blow through it fast, mostly a trip to check it out for a potential future trip. I'm going to try to go this time and spend more time. It was more laid back than I expected, kind of liked that aspect, girls seemed pretty chill. It was crowded, would have preferred a bit more space, I also recall it being on the hot side, I think I was sweating a bit walking around but maybe that's because I was having to rush through it. it might be hard to talk business as you might be in earshot of others. I wish I would have had more time, Kenzie Anne was there without anyone talking to her, I'm sure a 20 would have gotten me a picture and 5 minutes of chatting, she was gorgeous. Saw Kayley Gunner, Angela White, and other top tier stars roaming around. Bryanna Diamond and Miss Saigon had their own booths, probably would have been approachable to discuss other activities. I might consider VIP for it had a separate entrance and I recall waiting in line around 20 minutes or more. Also I think VIP had parking in back but I parked in a nearby garage that was only a block or so away. Ideally there should be some kind of signing schedule if there's someone specific you want to see, check their feeds the week before and see. I wouldn't go with an agenda of arranging dates, but if you sense the opportunity to ask is there then go for it.
