So - an update on my carnivore diet, which I would definitely recommend.
As I wrote in a previous post, I started my carnivore journey back in September. Even early on, I noticed some pretty amazing improvements, especially in terms of sexual performance. Now, almost three months in - without any slip-ups, I can confidently say this has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself.
Not only are my erections noticeably stronger, but morning wood has become frequent again. Physically, I feel stronger overall, and mentally, I’m sharper. The brain fog is gone. My productivity has improved, which affects everything in a positive way.
My planned “cheat days”, plural - will be Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
Another positive change: after almost three months on carnivore, my sugar cravings have dropped significantly, which is a huge bonus.
I will do another update in 3 months time when I have been on it for roughly six months.
