What I’m noticing now is a new generation of providers who are actively competing to have the biggest silicone tits in the game, at least within their respective continents. So why not make a list for each continent and see which woman currently holds the title?

(Alluring Intros) upgraded to 3000 ccs at the end of last year, which makes her the current title holder for the biggest silicone tits in the States.
She has also teased the idea of going even bigger, increasing in stages — first to 3500 ccs, and then potentially capping it off at 4000 ccs in the near future.

Portia has 1500 ccs, which are currently the largest known implants in Australia.
It will quite the pleasure to follow these providers in 2026 to see them go bigger.
Considering just how quickly she does these fill ups, I´d estimate that she goes up to 6000 ccs in May.
