Christina Ashten Gourkani, also known as Ashten G, was an influencer, model, and OnlyFans creator who gained fame for her resemblance to Kim Kardashian.
She had over 600,000 followers on Instagram and actively used her platform to connect with fans. She was also on OnlyFans, where it’s said that she had over 50,000 subscribers at the height of her career.
Ashten began undergoing plastic surgery when she was just 18, with a focus on emulating Kim Kardashian’s aesthetic.
Her procedures included several rounds of breast augmentation, lip injections, botox, several bbl’s, liposuction, face lift amongst other procedures.
It’s speculated that her breast implants were 2000 ccs, although she never stated the exact size herself.
Her untimely death occurred on April 19, 2023, at the age of 34, following a cosmetic procedure in which she had silicone injected into her buttocks by an unlicensed practitioner. Shortly after the injections, she suffered cardiac arrest and was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she later passed away.
The unlicensed practitioner was arrested the next day and subsequently charged with involuntary manslaughter and practicing medicine without a license.
The practitioner is currently out on a $200,000 bail while awaiting trial.
