- Use a Fleshlight: This technique has really helped me. It's about edging, too. A fleshlight is almost essential for building up good stamina in the long run. Try to thrust for as long as possible until you're about to finish, then stop. Calm down a little, have some water, and then go at it again. Set a timer and release when 20 minutes have passed. Repeat this for 14 days, and I promise you that your stamina will have improved tenfold.
