12-72 hours. If I hear back after that due to some unforeseen reason (was away on vacation, etc.) it's fine. Otherwise 3-days tops.

This is very realistic. 95% of the times I´ve written to a provider, I´ve gotten a response within 20 minutes.
This is why they have a "telephone lady" who responds for them.
