Karissa Kane - where did this smokeshow disappear to?

I saw a chick at Target this afternoon that reminded me of Karissa Kane. Hadn’t thought about her for years, but got me wondering if anyone else used to throw as many ropes as I did to her. Seems like she disappeared in 2017 and hasn’t been active on her socials since.

Anyone else enjoyed her films? Anyone know why she left the industry? Did she ever provide…?!?
