Guys posting a wanted ad?

Does something exist where enterprising gentlemen can post say what they’re looking for (eg 1hr bbfs) and what they’re willing to pay ($1500) and providers reach out? Also could work for longer term. Sort of like sugar babies I guess but better vetting
