I don't see trans women either, nor do I see BBW women or Hirsute. I also don't have any fear of catching anything because she has done some trans work before. It may be a turn off to you, but I wouldn't necessarily call that a red flag. I would call it more of a personal choice. I've always felt safe with her, what she does outside of that time is her business. To me a red flag would be a scammer, somebody who makes zero effort/pillow princess, or deposit stealer.
If you feel that strongly about it, then I think you're making the right decision by not seeing her.
