The title is obviously a play on words but I wanted to share why being nice to providers and the odd gifts here and there can actually matter.
This UTR I’ve seen a few times has a friend I hoped to see. She said she usually doesn’t do this but given her past experience she wanted to put in a good word.
Obviously just giving gifts with the sole purpose of getting benefits is underhanded.
