I even messaged PC earlier in the day to check if Dakota is confirmed for the day and she said yes. As well as confirming a few days prior before flying in… the lie is so terrible it’s actually hilarious. I’ve never in my life see hotel security at a 5-star hotel start questioning a person in the lobby (that could be a potential guest) to the point they feel uncomfortable and leave.

Damn that's awful. According to that one guy in the "PC is terrible" thread, I guess you need to send some follow up apology e-mails to TSC and make sure you include plenty of emojis!
