This fall I will be completing a 1031 exchange and we will have about $1 million that I will need to buy some rental properties with over the following couple of months. I will be looking for 3 to 4 duplexes or triplexes In the 400k range that have opportunity for forced appreciation. I will likely be putting 50% down and financing the rest.
Because of the process of a 1031 exchange I do need to identify these properties soon and start this process sooner rather than later. If anybody has anything they are looking to disposition from my DM’s are open.
