My ex-wife is based there. She still looks great, but performance is usually disappointing and rates are the highest I have ever paid.
Jokes aside in Belgium, or nearby Holland and Germany it is legal so you should have no problem.
In Brussels there is (Rue d'Aerschot) a street famous for its brothels but my advice is to tip your hotel concierge and get his advice
