She did also escort during these 3 years, confirmed by herself in an interview with a danish newspaper.

Is a comeback to the adult industry possible?

The answer is a big NO.

She is 56 now and is currently working as an actress for mainstream movies/TV productions. She is also married.
She did also have her own lingerie line called "Katja K - based on a true story", but it went bankrupt in 2008.
Besides that, she has also publicly stated that her career in the adult industry in long gone and that she wouldn't return.
