I feel like every other week when you look at X, a new guy decides to start his own mini studio or OnlyFans - shooting content with pornstars, ranging from lesser-known women to more established names.
They clearly have some kind of audience. Views, likes, followers.
But the real question is: are they actually profitable?
I’m not talking about the big studios or the top-tier creators. I mean the “amateur”/hobby pornstars - the guys who pay the women, rent locations, handle editing, marketing, subscriptions, platforms… all of it.
After paying the pornstar(s) to participate, is there any real money left?
Or is most of this just… for fun?
Who wouldn’t enjoy fucking some of the hottest women - on camera?
I’m not trying to do this myself or become an amateur pornstar. I’m genuinely just curious whether this is mostly a passion project dressed up as a business.
One would think it works like OnlyFans in general - where maybe the top 5% (or less) make serious money, while everyone else is grinding for scraps, exposure, or just the experience.
So yeah…
Is this an actual business for most guys or just an expensive hobby with a camera?
I saw the following video of a small male creator and then Nova Nice. The video is available on both of their X profiles and it seems like Randy was the ones who had the "rights"/recorded it.
