I did some research and this is what I came up with.

Supposedly Lexi is based in Dallas. She's friends with Stephanie Milan, another provider, who's based in Boston. Stephanie has an X account, but it gives off red flags. Checked for pictures of them there together and there's not. Lexi isn't following or being followed by Stephanie either. The phone number does being you to another Ad, but that's as useless as the Eros one.

There was a couple of reviews of Lexi on TER, but they were all taken down by the provider. At a blank at this point.
