It’s not really a retainer if you do it right. You’re thinking about this all wrong.

Step 1: Verify with them for free, get a list of their roster.

Step 2: Never pay them a penny if you never see anyone and don’t do anything beyond that.

Step 3: Find someone you want to book and pay the “retainer” as your deposit and get full access to their website.

Step 4: Never complain about a retainer again.

The only time they ask for and keep the retainer up front is if you want full access to their website before you book anyone, and then don’t book anyone in the first 60 days. So don’t do that.

No one is forcing anyone to do it. They started that after I started using them but I remember they called my employer as a car salesperson as if I was buying a car.

Don’t send a retainer. Just get verified, receive the list, and if you like a girl… BOOK her. None of the girls are less than 1k/hr. There’s no “retainer” unless you feel like you need access to their website before booking (You don’t. They send you the whole list via email).. the website/weekly newsletter is the only thing you get after you complete a booking OR… OR… OR… pay a 1k retainer.

It’s like people heard the words “employment verification”, “retainer” and “use it or lose it” at some point and can’t or won’t believe anything but the worst about them now, no matter what those of us who’ve used them say. I was a little worried before I verified with them but it was a big fat nothing.

I just wish they’d discuss BBFS at a minimum. They typically charge more than the other agencies so they should at least discuss it, if not include it.

Question about the Lourdes verification process, is it like PC and Tryst? Do they use Stripe for the ID part? I don't mind sharing my DL, especially if it's through a third party. But sending a scan over is a little different in the days of data leaks.

They asked me to email a photo of my DL to them. I don’t know how or if they did a background check, or if they simply used my trust in them as proof I was trustworthy as many providers do with their own verification process.
