So I could use some advice from the experts i have never had this issue before with a provider... this is not a PS provider but a very highly reviewed one...

So I could use some advice from the experts i have never had this issue before with a provider... this is not a PS provider but a very highly reviewed one on PD( i don't want to name names yet) her profile is last updated Dec 25th... it also should be mentioned she has all positive reviews (not on TER unfortunately)

Communication has been back and forth although she does leave me on "read" a bunch(rms chat)
The provider in question asked for a 50% deposit which is fine


Our original date was supposed to be Dec 13th, she asked to reschedule to the next weekend (I'm really only available on the weekends) then the next weekend came around she asked to reschedule again due to working doubles with her friend (although her profile on PD wasn't updated to prove it)

Then the other day she asked for the other 50% deposit towards "a down payment on a car" which me being a nice guy i did

It also should be mentioned i have never met this provider so any "trust" has just been via text and such

At what point should I cut my loses and ask for my deposit back? Or just cut my loses in general and post a bad review of her on PD?

Or am I just overthinking it and maybe after the new year she will finally have time for me?

Honestly man I'd start by staying off of Private Delights. Same for Escort Alligator as well. If you're gonna go escorts use Tryst website or ask for recs on here through experienced hobbyists. Sorry that happened man. Regroup and find better options.

Rn the hierarchy is p411>tryst>else with various degrees of quality on that else. Slixa, Eros, and private delights are various degrees of mid here. If you're on escortalligator, skip the games, or anywhere else you are either resource-challenged or a thrill seeker.

PD is not something I would take as gospel as friends of mine can't even tell me the last time they've been on the site. Also, unless it's a well established provider dropping 50% is a no go. If you're doing that then make sure that person is as real as the sun itself.

On another note, could you drop who this scammer is? If not, then just DM the information and I'll drop it down myself. I don't give a fuck who it is scamming is a no go.

Keep in communication and see if she actually sees you in the date you guys agreed on. Do not under any circumstances send anything more to her. No matter what. If she breaks the date then you got scammed.

I also agree with others stay off PD. That site is way too sketchy.

Sure i will in a few days imma give her the benefit of the doubt till Monday see if she makes any attempts to reschedule again hell if she does ill go see her on a week night and go in exhausted to work the next day haha... like I said there's still communication both ways (although she does leave me on rms read for a while)

That was pretty much my plan at this point in time... hell at this point if she wants to meet up On a weeknight or Sunday I'll go just make sure I actually don't get scammed and go tired into work the next day haha

Sorry this happened to you dude. Sucks, but many of us who've done this have been where you've been, so don't beat yourself up too much. Learning experience and all that.

I will say...I'm not saying PD is perfect, because it definitely isn't. But I've had mostly okay-great experiences on there. Honestly, there are bad faith actors everywhere, so gotta always try to stay on guard. I've actually had ghosting issues / zero success on P411, so as I said, no place is perfect.

With regards to OP's original question, that's a tough judgment call. Does this person have twitter? If she ghosts you on trying to get the deposit back, you may want to consider sharing the experience on social media. I've actually seen this work with regards to getting deposits back. It's kinda uncomfortable, but $900 buys a lot of ramen lol.

If all this falls through then you for sure ask for your money back and if this person is the scammer they are, they'll either say no or string you along until you forget about it or they do. They scammers, they're good at that.

Best thing you can do is forget about them and make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. A bad review does nothing to these scammers or actual providers who do scam, because some clients are just fiends and will still book. Now, giving that scammer a bad reputation is something else entirely. Clients will think twice hat along with receipts. Only thing the scammer can do there is rebrand and that shit isn't easy.
