I've tried "nofap" in the past, and it's definitely not for me—and frankly, I don't think it's ideal for anyone looking to have a healthy, satisfying sex life. While I understand there’s a lot of hype online about the supposed benefits—improved focus, more energy, and so on—I believe going full nofap can seriously mess with your sex life.
When I gave it a shot (I didn’t masturbate for two weeks), I noticed some significant downsides, especially as someone who enjoys visiting escorts. First, it affected my ability to get fully hard. It felt like my dick was a muscle I hadn’t used in ages, and it needed time to get back to functioning properly. This was before I discovered the blue pill, but still, it was a frustrating experience.
The second issue was even worse: it made me cum
much faster than usual. Normally, I could last at least three minutes or more, but during that nofap period, I found myself finishing in about a minute. That was a huge difference.
In my opinion, it’s essential to "feed the snake" sometimes. First, it helps you lock in and focus better on whatever you're doing, afterward. Second, it releases the tension that builds up, which is key for maintaining your sanity. Lastly, it helps build up stamina, whether you're on pills or not. One of my favorite techniques for lasting longer is edging, where you get close to the point of no return and then back off. It’s an excellent practice for endurance.
