Apparently the membership part is now working but it’s asking for a selfie and a photo of your id. I emailed asking about being a member without that since I’ve made multiple bookings in the past and being registered previously but I am still waiting on a response

So I’m guessing you need to re-register with the additional information/photos

Trinity got back to my email. She didn't save anything from the previous site so all memberships are gone. You have to sign up for a new account.

I don't mind so much paying a fee again. But I have less confidence in my data being secure. I can't tell if the data will be kept in house vs. third party verification.

This is the main reason why I haven't and I'm not sure I will. $100 to reverify sucks but it isn't the end of the world. What is the end of the world is Trinity keeping all the records of people with accounts along with selfies and pictures of their IDs. That shit gets into the wrong hands or if she ever gets raided by the FBI, that is definitely the end of the world.

Same here - she told me the email back feature is not in place yet so forget about the site sending you an email after password reset. All our accounts are gone.

I have been through a lot of system conversions and upgrades throughout my career and maintaining system records for transferring to a new system is one of the most important steps. Not sure why this apparently didn't happen here.
